Hey guys,

I think I spoiled myself too much since I came here and I decided to put myself on a diet.

I heard that TOFU is a very good choice when on a diet so I am thinking to be a very good friend of TOFU for a while.

Anybody know good recepies that use TOFU?

Anybody know how to cook "Agedashi tofu"
I ate it at a Japanese restaurant last night and it was just awesome!

If you don`t speak much Japanese and you want a guide to all those ingredients available in the supermarket, I recommend this book:

Japanese Food and Cooking: A Timeless Cuisine

it helped me sort out which sauces, tofu, mushrooms, and spices I should buy for authentic cooking.
